Rams Solutions Sdn Bhd and its group of companies (“Rams”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are committed to protect and respect your privacy. We invite you to read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and privacy.

1. Types of Information That We Collect & How We Collect It

1. Refund Type.

We will process your refund request based on the following refund types:

a. Refund from cancelled order due to circumstances out of your control  

    (determined on a case-by-case basis by us)

b. Refund due to wrong payment (e.g. extra payment)

c. Refund by mutual agreement between Rams Solutions Sdn Bhd and its group

    of companies (“Rams”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you.


2. Refund Time Frame.

The processing time for each refund request depends on the payment method used for the transaction.

- Payment Methods : Online Banking, Debit/Credit card.

- Refund Destination : Bank Account, Debit/Credit card.

- Refund Timeframe :

  - Within 7 business days (online banking & bank account)

  - Within 15 business days, subject to processing duration of the bank.

    (Debit/Credit Card)


3. Other Terms.

a. Refund request must be submitted via email to

b. You must present the original receipt or invoice upon making the refund request.

c. For training, any session that has been missed/cancelled within 24 hours before the training date shall be forfeited. We may charge 5% cancellation fee for any cancellation more than 24 hours before the training.

d. We will contact you within 2 business days after receipt of the email to advise you on the further procedure in respect of the refund request. You are advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. In the event you do not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us at for enquiries.

e. The approval of your request for refund will be made by Rams in its sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Rams’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Rams or its affiliates in relation to such decision.

f. For any refund request approved by us, we will notify you by email (“Email Notification”). A refund process will be issued shortly after we approve the request.

g. We will only refund the amount that you have paid which does not include the amount of voucher/rebate/discount that you used during transaction. The voucher/rebate/discount can no longer be available for repurchase/other transaction.

h. We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy without notice.
